Why does it cost more than a regular Pixel?
The hardware costs the same. The difference pays for the workshop work: flashing GrapheneOS, the personal setup, support in English for as long as you own the phone, and free hands-on help once in the first year. You pay for hours of work, not for marketing.
What about VAT?
All prices on this page include VAT.
What does the support cover?
You can ask questions by WhatsApp, Signal or email for as long as you own the phone; you get an answer within one working day. Hands-on help with the phone itself (reinstalling, moving apps over, setting it up again) is free once in the first year: you send the phone to us at your own cost and we send it back insured. After that it costs €99. If there is a defect or we made a mistake, we fix it for free under the 2-year warranty.
Are there any monthly costs?
No. You pay once for the phone. Security updates, shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, and our support are included, with no subscription or hidden fees.
