You can check out directly through our secure checkout (card, PayPal, Klarna, iDEAL or Bancontact), or simply order in person by telling us over WhatsApp, Signal or email which model you want. We configure your phone by hand and ship it to you discreetly.
- Set up and shipped in 3 to 5 working daysPlain packaging, shipped discreetly. Free insured shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany; €34.95 to Austria, Czechia, Sweden and Finland. Delivery time depends on your country.
- Support in English and DutchQuestions by WhatsApp, Signal or email for as long as you own the phone, answered within one working day. In the first year, free hands-on help with the phone itself once, such as moving your apps over.
Online, or by appointment in Hilversum
We have no shop. Ordering, advice and support run over WhatsApp, Signal or email. In the Netherlands you can also collect your phone or drop something off in Hilversum, by appointment. Arrange a time over WhatsApp, Signal or email; you get the address when we make the appointment. Snowden Phone is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 67353274 (Nieuwegracht 16-11, Soest, the Netherlands); our VAT number is NL002388991B77. Returns do not go to Soest or Hilversum but to our returns address: Brinkzicht 7, 3743 EX Baarn, the Netherlands.

Not satisfied? Send us your complaint at info@snowden-phone.nl or on WhatsApp, with a short description. We confirm it within 3 working days and give a full answer within 14 days. If we cannot manage that, we let you know when you can expect it. If we cannot resolve it together, you can bring the dispute before the court, also in the country where you live. See also our terms.
