You send us your own Pixel. We install GrapheneOS, lock the bootloader again and check that everything is right. We send it back within 2 working days of receiving it. In the Netherlands you can also drop it off and collect it in Hilversum, by appointment. Basic costs €99, Premium €150, including VAT. Available in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Message us on WhatsApp or email us with your model and the package you want. We send you the steps to check whether "OEM unlocking" can be switched on. On a phone sold through a mobile provider, that is sometimes not possible. Once the check succeeds, you get the payment link; you pay before you send the phone.
Installing wipes your phone completely. So back up your photos, contacts and chats first.
Send your phone to us following our instructions. With Basic we recommend sending it insured; with Premium we pay for the insured shipping to us. In the Netherlands you can also drop it off in Hilversum, by appointment.
Within 2 working days of receiving it, we install GrapheneOS, lock the bootloader again and check verified boot. With Premium we also put your apps and contacts on it.

Suitable phones
GrapheneOS officially supports these models (source: GrapheneOS) and they will get updates for years to come.
We don't do the Pixel 6 and 7: they only get updates for a short while longer. Nor the Pixel 11, because GrapheneOS does not support it yet (what is known about the Pixel 11). If you want a new phone, have a look at our models.
If unlocking still fails at our end, you get the full amount back and we send your phone back insured, at our cost.
Yes, the phone is wiped during the installation, so make a backup first. We are not liable for any data lost in the process. With Premium we restore your contacts and, if technically possible, your Signal chats.
If something goes wrong because of our work, we fix it free of charge: up to 3 months after the installation with Basic, up to 12 months with Premium. If your phone is damaged by our work, we pay its current value. Shipping is insured with PostNL.
We don't know for sure. Google's warranty text for Europe does not mention unlocking the bootloader, but it does exclude "modifications" and "misuse". So we make no promises about it.
Yes. When you request the service, you expressly agree that we start the service within the withdrawal period, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. Until we start work on your phone, you can cancel free of charge.
Banking and ID apps: we tell you up front whether yours work. In the Netherlands, for example, DigiD and the big Dutch banking apps work. See the overview per app or send us the name of an app and we will find out.
