  • We ship insured and in plain packaging, and you sign for the parcel on delivery. In the Netherlands we never leave it with a neighbour. Free to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany; €34.95 to Austria, Czechia, Sweden and Finland.
  • You have 14 days to withdraw, also if you have already unpacked the phone. To withdraw, use the Withdraw from contract here button at the bottom of every page. You pay for the return shipping. How withdrawal works

Will my banking and ID apps work?

Banking and ID apps: we tell you up front whether yours work. Many run through sandboxed Google Play. Revolut and paying contactless with your phone do not work. Tick your apps in the options and I will test them on your phone before it ships. The overview per country

Can I send the phone back?

Yes. You have 14 days to withdraw, counted from the day after delivery, also if you have already unpacked the phone. Click Withdraw from contract here at the bottom of any page, or email or message us. You then send the phone to our returns address in Baarn within 14 days. You pay for the return shipping. Within 14 days you get back everything you paid, including the standard shipping costs (also the €34.95 for Austria, Czechia, Sweden or Finland). When will it ship?

We set up your phone by hand and check it before it ships. It is set up and shipped in 3 to 5 working days; delivery time depends on your country. When it is ready, we let you know by email or WhatsApp.
